How can I find the right size for me?

When will I receive my order?

All orders are dispatched from Cossyra’s warehouse in Australia within 1–2 business days after payment has been received. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number please check your spam or junk folder if you don’t see it in your inbox.

Our warehouse operates Monday to Friday, 8 am–4 pm (AEST) and is closed on weekends and Australian public holidays. Orders placed during these times will be processed and shipped on the next business day.

How do I create a return?

To initiate a return, simply email our team at info@cossyraswimwear.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. Our team will respond with the next steps and a return address.
