Shipping Information

All orders are dispatched from Cossyra’s warehouse in Australia within 1–2 business days after payment has been received. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number please check your spam or junk folder if you don’t see it in your inbox.

Our warehouse operates Monday to Friday, 8 am–4 pm (AEST) and is closed on weekends and Australian public holidays. Orders placed during these times will be processed and shipped on the next business day.

Domestic orders 

Australia Post Standard (2-9 business days) - $10 AUD

Australia Post Express - $12 AUD (1-4 business days)

We offer free domestic shipping within Australia on orders over $189 AUD

International orders

Express Post (5-14 business days) - $20-35 AUD

We offer free international express shipping on orders over $250 AUD

Waiver

Cossyra Swimwear is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages/items. Any missing/lost items will need to be to be lodged with Australia Post. Cossyra Swimwear does not take responsibility for Customs duties and taxes.

Duties and Taxes

Will I have to pay any additional duties & taxes?

Please note that as the recipient, you are still liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these maybe necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. Cossyra Swimwear will not be held liable for any fees or taxes you may incur or if your product is seized by customs. We advise that you are familiar with your package destination's import duty, customs and local sales taxes, as well as it's rules and regulations for importing foreign goods and products.

What if I refuse delivery?

Refused order return shipping fees for international orders are expensive and we cannot cover these if you refuse your parcel. The courier will send the parcel back to us and charge us for this. We will refund your order minus these extra costs we have incurred. Please ensure you can accept your order before you place it and please make sure you understand that customs fees are always charged if you are based in the EU or USA.

WHAT COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO?

We ship globally, to your door. For more information on which countries we do not deliver to, please contact info@cossyraswimwear.com 

WHAT IF MY ORDER DOES NOT ARRIVE?

We deliver to the delivery address provided. If an incorrect address is provided or the customer refuses to pay duties, Cossyra Swimwear is not responsible for shipping costs, customs costs or costs of re-shipping merchandise. In these instances, the order will be returned to sender and the customer will be issued a refund for the order value, minus the extra costs we have incurred and administration fees.
